Thal Goes For Space
More space and greater comfort for the user, easier servicing and maintenance, and better protection against vandalism for the operator – that’s the deal on the latest “Space” interior fittings in the Thal-Mondo portable toilet unit.
Shown as a concept at last year’s Showman’s Show, the Space Flush Tank, Space Sink and Space Urinal are now in full production, and you can check them out at this year’s event. “When space is limited it’s how you use it that counts,” says Martin Murdoch, Thal International Sales Manager, “and we’re sure the re-designed interior layout, which has more knee and shoulder room, thanks to a new corner-position flush tank, together with a forearm-size sink, will be popular with users and fleet operators alike.”
The lockable, lifting lid design and concealed pipe work of the Space Sink affords tamper-proof access for quick in-situ sanitising and filling. A urinal fitting is also available should it be required.
Martin Murdoch adds: “Users will appreciate the greater comfort of the Space concept, while operators will be glad to hear that the Space Flush Tank and Sink use the same pump components as previous equipment, so that they are completely interchangeable within the existing Mondo toilet, making it a simple matter to up-grade (as one major customer is already doing throughout his fleet).”
