Joseph Peace has been performing and perfecting his fire stunt spectacular
since his first ever show at Glastonbury Festival in 2003. The
Manchester Company of Extreme Largeness is now a very well established show
and Joseph is very comfortable with his audience.
Joseph has performed a lot of shows for Motorcycle events, the Welsh Motorcycle Show has booked him 4 years in a row. The audience interaction makes the show feel fresh every time it is performed. Some people have seen the show over 20 times and still love seeing it for the humour, amazing stunts and the unpredictability, as well as the new things that happen in every show.
In terms of drawing the public to your show, The Manchester Company of
Extreme Largeness is second to none. Joseph provides amazing high
definition images that can be used on websites, posters, flyers and in local
newspapers. During the past year many of the shows that have booked
Joseph have found this facility invaluable for promoting their event.
Joseph always makes an impression. At the 2007 Isle of Wight Steam Fair, a local radio DJ saw Joseph perform and the next day told his listeners to get along to the fair and see Joseph perform, which was worth the entry fee alone.
One of Joseph’s stunts is to ride a burning gyroscope and outside show times Joseph allows members of the public to ride – without the flames of course – meaning Joseph is an all day attraction and not just while he’s in the main ring!
