Acorn Event Solutions launches new event stage
August 2008 welcomed the launch of a new event stage designed and erected by Acorn Event Solutions.
Whilst Acorn are not newcomers to the events industry, having completed structures at Goodwood, Epsom, Frieze Art, and Leeds University, to name a few, they have used their extensive knowledge and expertise in the events and scaffolding industry to develop a modular safe system utilizing many of Layher different ranges of components to provide a system for stages from 10m to 40m.
Acorn will be erecting this stage at The Showman’s Show this year in one of its smaller sizes 15m x 15m x 12m high. Acorn will also be elevating a 20m x 15m hospitality marquee to demonstrate their marquee base and anchor system complete with ramp and stairs.
The Stage is constructed using Layher system scaffolding, which Acorn is one of the UKs largest stockholders and distributors for. It is versatile enough to offer solutions for the most demanding and challenging event site.
As well as structures Acorn also provides temporary mains and generated power distribution and all associated electrical services.
