Climate Hire and Sales Continue to Expand
Since their acquisition of Arcotherm (UK) Ltd in April 2008, Climate Hire and Sales has continued to expand in the Marquee and Temporary Structure sectors.
This year’s Show will see the recently introduced range of Indirect Oil Fired Heaters, the EC32, EC55 and EC85, supplemented by two new heaters for 2009, the Phoen 110, and the Phoen 100.
The Phoen 110 is an Indirect Oil Fired unit, with a two–stage heat capability. When selected on the first stage, the Phoen 110 will provide an output of 245,000 BTUs/Hr (72Kw), increasing to an impressive 363,000 BTUs/Hr (106Kw) when switched to the second stage. The Phoen’s ability to duct up to 50 metres from a single outlet, or 2 x 20 metres from an optional splitter, also serves to make this new addition an attractive proposition for the larger structure market.

The Phoen 100 is an Indirect Fired LPG unit, with an output of 329,000 BTUs/Hr (96Kw), and will be priced to incorporate a heavy duty wheel assembly, making it completely portable.
Andy Gilman, Climate Hire’s Commercial Manager, commented: “We believe there is a real opportunity in the marquee sector for an LPG, Indirect Fired Unit with an output of this size, and we are looking forward to exhibiting the Phoen 100 alongside our more traditional, oil fired products.”
Finally, occupying their usual position on Avenue E, Climate Hire will be introducing a new range of accessories to accompany the ECs and Phoen 110, to include a Pneumatic Wheel Kit, a Fuel Tank Filter, and a Fuel Gauge.
