Neptunus Reaches New Heights At Showman’s Show

Temporary marquee and event structures specialist, Neptunus, is set to unveil its latest innovation, the Ocean, at The Showman’s Show at Newbury Showground from 21-22 October.

With its contemporary lines, stylish design and almost 4m high wall panels, the Ocean looks the part both inside and out. However, its most striking feature is the undulating membrane roof which not only turns heads, but also adds a further 8.7m to the height of a structure.

With an astonishing maximum height of 12.5m at its centre, the Ocean provides an impressive space for a wide range of applications including exhibitions, conferences, sports events and theatres.  The completely free-span roof design eliminates the need for supporting pillars, allowing the arena to be fully utilised without restrictions.

Currently available in a width of 30m and unlimited length, the aluminium framed temporary structure is exceptionally robust but can also be quickly and easily erected and dismantled by Neptunus’ team of experts.

Managing Director at Neptunus UK Ltd, April Trasler, comments: “The launch of the Ocean takes temporary event structures to a new height - the only restriction on their use is the imagination of the event organiser.  At Neptunus we are continually working on new developments to ensure we continue to meet the changing needs of the events industry and lead the way in innovation.

Available in countless styles, dimensions and combinations, Neptunus can provide event structures from simple pergodas to three storey penthouses, complete with balconies. Neptunus has provided structures for high profile events including London Fashion Week and regularly provides solutions to blue-chip companies including Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Philips and Volkswagen.
