Festival Revellers Rest on the FoldTable
Showman’s Show exhibitor, FoldTable, provided festival revellers at both the V-Festivals and T in the Park Festivals with the chance to rest their weary dancing legs on 160 Foldtables that were thoughtfully provided by the organisers.
The FoldTable is a heavy duty, picnic style table, which seats eight people and can be unfolded and made ready for use inside eight seconds. They are manufactured from 18mm WBP birch marine plywood with a polyethylene structure. The plastic can be easily recycled and no harmful substances are released if burnt. The wood is waterproof and exceedingly strong, rarely splintering and is moisture resistant. The birch used comes from controlled forestry plantations and no tropical hardwoods are used in the manufacture of FoldTables.
Described by one event organiser as: “Easily handled and installed by inexperience volunteer staff. Similarly, the gloss finish to the seat and table-top allows the unit to be cleaned easily and effectively.” The FoldTable has been an instant success with all types of outside events up and down the country.
